What does SOLES BY OLE'S EMPIRE LTD do?
SOLES BY OLE'S EMPIRE LTD is a diversified Nigerian company headquartered in Abuja. We operate four divisions: Luxury Homes & Properties, Logistics, Premium Autos and Oil & Gas, giving clients access to essential, high-value services through one trusted relationship.

Do you serve clients outside Abuja?
Yes. Our logistics division moves goods across Nigeria, and our property and automobile services support clients in other states and in the diaspora. Contact us with your location and requirement and we will confirm how we can help.

How do I start an engagement?

Can one company really handle property, logistics, vehicles and fuel?
Each division is run with dedicated expertise while sharing the same standards of quality, transparency and timely delivery. For clients with needs across several areas, the advantage is one accountable relationship instead of several separate suppliers.
How are prices and payment terms agreed?
Pricing depends on the service and is set out in a written proposal. Terms, pricing and responsibilities are agreed and documented before work begins. We recommend that every payment is made through documented channels and that you keep receipts for all transactions.
How do you handle my personal information?

Do you publish property listings online?
We present suitable options directly to clients after a consultation rather than through public listings. This lets us focus on properties that genuinely match your brief and protect the discretion of buyers and sellers.
Can you verify a property's documents before I buy?

Do you offer property management?
Yes. We provide residential and commercial property management in Abuja, including tenant coordination, rent administration, maintenance and reporting.
I live abroad. Can you help me invest in Nigeria?
Yes. Our investment advisory service supports diaspora clients with sourcing, inspections, verification coordination and transaction management.
Logistics
What kinds of goods do you move?

Will I receive updates during transit?
Yes. We provide status updates at agreed points by phone, email or WhatsApp, and confirm delivery once goods are signed for.
What do you need to prepare a quote?
A description of the goods, quantity and weight, pickup and delivery addresses, ready and delivery dates, and any loading or offloading arrangements.
Premium Autos
Do you sell brand-new and foreign-used vehicles?
Yes. We source and sell brand-new and quality foreign-used vehicles, executive automobiles and corporate fleets, with pre-purchase inspection, clearing, registration and documentation support.
Can I order a specific make and model?
Yes. Vehicle sourcing on request is a core service. Tell us the make, model, year range, specification and budget and we will present suitable options.
What checks do you perform on foreign-used cars?

Oil & Gas
Which products do you supply?
AGO (diesel), PMS (petrol), DPK (kerosene) and LPG (cooking gas), including bulk deliveries and scheduled supply for generators and fleets. See diesel supply in Abuja.
Do you supply estates and institutions?
Yes. We supply estates, industries, hospitals and schools, offices and fleet operators, with scheduled deliveries planned around consumption.
Why can't I see fuel prices on the website?
Petroleum product prices change with market conditions. We quote per order or per agreed supply period so that the price you receive is accurate.
